NASVI has successfully mobilized SHG women and CLF members from Piprauli Block to take part in a live E-Rickshaw Driving practical session in Gorakhpur, reinforcing the skills they have already developed.

The National Association of Street Vendors of India (NASVI) has written to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi urging immediate implementation of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 and compliance with the Delhi High Court order dated 9 February 2026.

In Jahangirabad, the administration allotted permanent vending spaces to 124 street vendors through a transparent lottery system, with 101 vendors placed in the bus stand area and 23 in the Naya Tola–Rajabazar vending zone, ensuring livelihood security and reducing repeated eviction.
