NASVI, in collaboration with Nestlé India, organised a training programme for street food vendors under Project Serve Safe Food in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
Dr. Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Hon’ble Minister of State, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Govt of India, appreciated the initiative and assured vendors that he would raise the issue of developing vending zones with the concerned ministry. He also expressed support for street food vendors and appreciated their efforts in maintaining hygiene and demonstrating safe food handling practices during the training.
