One of the major highlight of 2014 Street Food Festival is the launch of an Android App named Street Saathi. This android app will be launched on first day of Street Food Festival.
This app will help people find street vendors who sell food items such as fruits, vegetables, snacks, meals, beverages, sweets etc. Street Saathi will be first application of this type in India that will bring all these unorganised street food vendors at one common place. Street Saathi app will also enable people find these vendors by selecting a local market of their choice and by selecting the type of food item. This app will help a person of every age group hence benefit a large population.
