After the horrendous decision of MCD declaring street vendors as mobile vendors and not allowing them to vend at their place for more than 30 minutes, NASVI wrote a letter to the MCD Commissioner, Mayor & Deputy Mayor to make their stand clear for street vendors in Delhi. On one hand, MCD is deliberately delaying the survey, and on the other hand, making such crucial decisions. NASVI is continuously making efforts to stop the duality of MCD and make its stand clear on whether it wants the actual implementation of the Street Vendors Act 2014 in the National Capital or not.
