Sneham has completed his Civil Engineering from G.P. Dumka SBTE, Jharkhand in 2014. He has more than five years of experience in Construction as well as in the social sector. Prior experience includes working with Pradan as an INRM Expert and in CFT MGNREGA.
Achievement: Aside from his job responsibilities, has worked for the community development and succeeded in cultivating watermelon for the first time in Godda District (Maspara Village, Sunderpahari Block) and generated an income of more than Rs. 25000/- per farmer and this was covered by ABP news.
