Note: Please bring cooked food without fire from your home, which you need to decorate, assemble and present for competition.

Master Chef Kunal says, “From golgappas to chhole bhature to chaat, each one of us would have definitely taken solace at a street food stall at some point. These dishes are a cultural representation of the region they originate from and there is immense potential for the industry to grow and modernise.
With NASVI organising this festival, Delhi is all set to become the capital of Street Food in India, bringing together over 300 vendors from different cities. It is an amazing effort on their part and I truly support the initiative that is creating awareness about street food vending, which is a source of joy to millions of foodies and a source of income to millions of talented culinary entrepreneurs.”
