For the first time in the history of Mizoram, NASVI, in collaboration with Nestlé India and with support from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Mizoram, organised a training programme for street food vendors under Project Serve Safe Food.
The initiative aims to strengthen food safety practices and promote hygienic street food vending across the state.
The programme was supported by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC).
