The Serve Safe Food program was officially launched in Lucknow, marking an important step towards uplifting street food vendors through structured food safety training. Supported by Nestlé India, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), and the Uttar Pradesh Food Safety Department, this initiative reflects NASVI’s ongoing commitment to empower street vendors and promote safe, hygienic, and nutritious street food for everyone.
