The Food Safety Training and Certification (FoSTaC) program was successfully launched in Tenali, Vijayawada, and Guntur, strengthening efforts to promote safe and hygienic street food culture. 
Organized through a collaborative effort by the National Association of Street Vendors of India (NASVI), Nestlé India, and the respective municipal corporations, the training equipped street vendors with essential knowledge on food safety, hygiene, and best practices.
Over 150 street food vendors actively participated and were awarded FoSTaC certification, marking a significant step towards ensuring safer, healthier street food while building consumer trust and enhancing vendor livelihoods.
