In a major step towards empowering street food vendors with essential food safety training, the Serve Safe Food program was successfully launched in Assam with the support of Nestlé India, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), and the Assam Food Safety Department. This initiative underscores NASVI’s commitment to strengthening vendor capacity and ensuring access to clean, safe, and nutritious food for all.
