Chef Kunal Kapur
Kapur was born in New Delhi to a Punjabi family. He studied at St. Francis De Sales School and pursued higher education in Hotel Management from Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management Catering & Nutrition, Chandigarh.
From a very early age, Kapur took a liking to cooking and pursued it to become one of the most well-known chefs in India. He trains underprivileged and unemployed youth in cooking and helps raise funds to make their own sustained food business together with United Ways Delhi. He is also passionate about automobiles, technology, travel, fashion and history.
Chef Nishant Choubey
A true culinary veteran, Chef Nishant has more than 20 years of experience, and has worked across many fine-dining establishments over the span of his impressive career. The TV host commenced his career at the Oberoi hotel and then worked with Madinat Jumeirah Dubai for three years in specialty restaurants such as Pier chic, Sagreto, and Khayamat. Consulting chef for Mesa kitchen and bar and is the Co-Founder of Street Storyss Bangalore (a vegetarian craft kitchen). Alongside winning the Iron Chef Challenge 2018 in Bangkok, Chef Nishant has also won a gold medal at Aahar.
Delhi-based Choubey has hosted several successful pop-ups in Japan, Canada, South Africa, Kenya, and Spain on progressive Indian cuisine.
